KOMAL S-Series Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machines<\/h2>\n

The KOMAL S-Series includes three automatic shrink wrapping machine models: S10, S15, and S20. All three models support multi-lane product infeed and are designed exclusively for transparent polyethylene (PE) shrink film.<\/p>\n

Each model uses a dual-roll film feeding system and is suitable for packaging grouped products in small and medium-sized production facilities. Depending on the model, the maximum packaging speed ranges from 10 to 20 cycles per minute.<\/p>\n\n

How the Dual-Roll Sealing System Works<\/h3>\n

The S-Series uses two rolls of transparent PE shrink film, with one roll positioned above the product conveyor and another below it.<\/p>\n

The upper and lower films are joined to form a film curtain. When a group of products reaches the wrapping position, a pneumatic pushing mechanism moves the products through the film curtain.<\/p>\n

The sealing bar then moves downward to heat-seal and cut the film, forming a film sleeve around the grouped products. At the same time, the film curtain is rejoined for the next packaging cycle.<\/p>\n

This process creates a visible seal line where the two layers of PE film are joined.<\/p>\n\n

Applications<\/h3>\n

The S-Series is suitable for shrink wrapping grouped products such as bottled beverages, cans, cartons, soap bars, toothpaste boxes, paper reams, and shoe boxes.<\/p>\n\n
