Product Overview

The KOMAL WA15 is an automatic wrap-around case packing machine designed for bottled water, beverages, and other compatible container products.

Unlike conventional case packing systems that load products into pre-erected cartons, the WA15 forms corrugated cartons directly around grouped products using flat cardboard blanks.

The machine integrates automatic bottle conveying and grouping, cardboard feeding, product loading, carton folding, hot melt gluing, and finished-case discharge into a continuous automated packaging process.

With a packaging speed of 15 cartons per minute, the WA15 provides a practical end-of-line packaging solution for beverage plants seeking consistent carton forming and reduced manual handling.
