The KOMAL GT10 Automatic Pick-and-Place Case Packer is an integrated end-of-line packaging system designed for bottled water and beverage production facilities.
The system consists of three coordinated units:
- KX10 Automatic Carton Erector: Automatically opens and forms corrugated cartons.
- GT10 Automatic Pick-and-Place Case Packer: Groups bottles and uses a pneumatic gripping mechanism to pick up and load them into prepared cartons.
- FX10 Automatic Carton Sealer: Automatically seals filled cartons with adhesive tape.
The GT10 case packing unit uses side bottle feeding, a three-stage pressure-reduction system, and a servo-driven positioning mechanism to provide accurate product grouping and smooth bottle handling.
