Our standard payment terms are 50% deposit by T/T after signing the contract and 50% balance after machine inspection and before shipment. Other payment terms, such as L/C, may be discussed depending on the order.
Delivery time depends on the machine model and level of customization. The confirmed lead time will be stated in our formal quotation after we review your requirements.
The machine is protected against moisture and damage and packed securely for international transportation. Export-standard wooden cases are used where required.
We provide operation manuals, electrical drawings, remote technical guidance and video support. On-site installation and commissioning can also be arranged according to the project requirements.
